Where is Orak Island?
Orak Island is 16 km from Bodrum, in the eastern part of Gökova Bay. The island gets its name from the sickle (orak) shape it forms when viewed from above.
As a protected nature site (1st degree), no development is permitted — preserving its untouched natural beauty. Just olive groves and untamed nature.
Why "The Maldives of Bodrum"?
Orak Island's waters are famous for their aquarium-like clarity. Turquoise and emerald green merge into water so transparent you can see the seabed even from the deck.
